David's Advice

Never have I realized how important David's advice was of taking a break to look AWAY from the computer!! Last night my eyes started tweaking out and they hurt like a headache from looking at the screen for 4 hours!! And before I sat down, I told myself to not forget to take little eye breaks! lol just thought I'd share that :)
