For the guy, I'd really think about switching up the timing. It all looks verry very even to me - and mostly slow. This is where you can't forget the Slow in-Slow out principal.
Also, when he goes into his one legged stance, his transition into it should be very snappy and quick. And as a bit of contrast, it calls attention by standing out - saying "okay, pay attention now - something even bigger is about to happen."
