So i put everything together. The run cycle still has some issues with the hip. Probably when i copy the cycle i forgot to fix the end of it to match the beginning so it begins to mess up as i further copy/paste it. Will certainly fix it later when i have time but this is what i have for now.

In the inbetweens for the idle pose if you move the root down it will create more arcs, making the transitions more smooth.
