I really like the beginning poses. You got her attitude down good and she has the right hip and balance. The timing seems right and I like here expressions and attitude.
2 thigs I saw though, First: You have her looking down at the pilot on around the 7 second marker, and it looks like she is searching for something, then suddenly her back to the pilot. I'm not sure what was going on here.
Second, you don't shoot out our butt when you lift things up\push things up, but rather you push towards the object, to get more of the mass over your head. So I think she should either have her opening something that swings open that makes her having to take a step back or the things that she opens has to be pulled down. Or her butt comes out and hits his face when she pulls back what ever she is taking out of the shelve.
She sticks her butt out because she's going to bump the pilot so he sway the flight control so the airplane tilts so the thing shes reaching for slides toward her and into her arms to catch. So she's not lifting she's catching.
