The wind up is really great. =) I really like how he keeps his arm back as he steps forward and then throws, seems really powerful. One thing that really sticks out, is after he throws the ball he lifts up his leg, yet his body is still completely facing where he threw. That pose can be pushed more so that there's more follow through after he throws the ball, he could still look where he through it but his whole body would keep going a bit. Especially with such a powerful throw. Try acting that part out.
The timing when he gets hit is a bit of a challenge. I'd feel like it would happen faster, but you definitely need that beat in there for him to think about it.
