Very good! I think that how the animation itself starts could use a small rework, just so it's more clear that the bull wants to get the apple; maybe instead of eating the grass at the beginning, he is already trying to reach for the apple (and failing), so he charges at the tree to get it?
I assume that the reason why the bison tackles into the tree is that he sees an apple and wants to eat it. but it is hard to tell, so have some obvious reasons for it. And I don't understand why a chameleon came out. is it necessary?

It looks good to me so far. The tree could have some movement when the bull hit on it.
