Some things I was considering adjusting for the final pass:
-some phonemes need to be fixed, as well as timing
-"big" morph sit down too slow and floaty
-need more side to side movement in "tall" rig
-tall more head reaction at end. maybe tap foot?
-"big" adjust hands and eyes at end
-add set details (if time)
-"big" fix facial expressions/timing
-"big" fix weird hand exchanges at end
-exaggerate facial expressions more (both)
If anyone has other things to add, critique, or counter argue against I would love the feedback. Thanks.

over all I think that it is coming along really well, maybe think about holding some of the poses a bit longer. the one that caught my eye was in the beginning when the character screen left is saying LT. Colonel Jango and raises his arm towards him. I think if you hold that arm out there a bit longer it will read better. Its a good place to show your slow in's and outs there too.

Hi Kelsey! I love the way you animated a beard man's reaction.
When the beard man sits back on a chair at 0:06, I think he needs to bend his upper body forward little bit more.
I see how a standing guy is facing straight toward a camera. How about if you try to rotate his position side way just a bit to make it more interesting (maybe rotate y-axis at least about 10 toward a right side of screen)?
