Very nice. I can definitely feel more intensity/anger in the run. I feel like the head side to side is too much, I feel like that part takes a little away from the feeling of anger. I would recommend reducing that. This is just my opinion though and I would recommend getting a second one. For the punch, that also looks a lot better. There's still something about it that makes the punches not seem all that strong and I think it's your Key poses. I think your breakdowns and inbetweens are looking good I think that if you just looked at your reference again and made a few adjustments to the spine on your Key poses to kind of push those poses a little further, it will come across a lot stronger. But, of course, this is only if you have the time to do that. If you don't these do already look good.
