I might rethink the camera in last half of the piece. Theres a fast move in the camera tracking that I feel interrupts the animation a bit when he jumps on the rope.
I would add more variety to how he is falling down the fire escapes, have fun experimenting with different breakdown poses and change up the timing a little so it doesnt look so mechanic.

Looks good but it's a little hard to see what's going on. Maybe putting the camera closer to the character?
You should pause a little bit longer on the fire escapes so it can read better. It looks very good overall.
