- first frame idle pose - kinda off balance - try to track your root ( it feels like is bouncing and then flows to the other side ) - try to animate your torso too it feels stiff - timing is a bit inconsistent on the root
- Was confused for the 2nd gesture, is this animation a continuation for the last part? - I think is better to have a idle pose then transition to this gesture. - So is he actually stretching? if he is, his root should be moving up a little. - Make sure your hand control is not in IK, to make your life easier, animate in FK.
- Running - your root seems like is not moving in a straight direction, make sure that your Tz is in a straight line and Tx is for balancing. - still your hand, make sure is not in IK, instead animate in FK.

I like your idle post.
Maybe work on the timing of the idle animation. It seems to slow down then speed up very rapidly a little out of sync.

Overall
- Looking good! Keep it up!
This needs a lot more work. Clean your curves on the graph editor, enhance your poses, and timing.
I like the animation that you have, if you make few in-between keys will be better
