For some odd reason, it's not letting me comment on posts, but I just thought I'd pitch my two-cents on Jack's revised blocking:

The entry of the 'boss', as it were, definitely has an angrier feel.
One thing I would probably say is I'm not sure he needs the pat on the back before goes for the face grab.
Also, what's the attitude of the guy at the computer? I know he's supposed to be all "Not this guy again" sort of thing, but no matter how much I don't care about someone, if they grabbed my face and shook me around, I'd probably look a little shaken.
Nice work on the monitor grab. Great job.

Thanks for the comment Lana. I added that patting just to get an attention from the computer guy and make him looking at the boss so that he could grab his face, but now that I have the boss grabbing the monitor so I might not need the pat anymore like you said.
About the computer guy, I was also thinking about making him freak out a little bit when the boss grabbing his face, might open his eyes wider and push more expression on his face.
