The lower part of his body looks very stiff after he grabbed the jar, try to move the root joint a tiny bit, or make sure that the graph is not completely flat, just to keep him alive. That will apply to the hold body if you don't want your character to be totally stop moving.
At the beginning and at the end, when he's moving in and out, the movements are too linear, adding some up/down(translate Y) in the root joint will help.
When he's grabbing the jar, I feel like the jar is moving before he grabs it, maybe you can delay the jar movement or curl his fingers faster. Also, There's a pop in his left hand at the moment he's picking up the jar, i guess it came from fk/ik switch.
I totally agree with Lana about keeping his face toward the camera, he can just look at the girl with a little tilt in his head in stead of looking all the way back.
Last thing, I think the girl is raising her shoulder a little bit too high.
