In my opinion, your posing is good. However, some movements stop abruptly. For example, the part after he said what's the matter. It looks like the only thing that moves is his root. If you add more counter animation for his torso, I think it will not look so stiff.
Really nice posing! Maybe you could soften the hands and add some more break downs on the fingers they are looking a little stiff. After he says "whats a matter" he kind of floats to the side you could break up the movement in the torso to make that feel more alive. Great job overall.
This is working much better but there are some workflow issues here that are hampering your progress. Make sure you come by the workshop on Mondays and take advantage of the ARC labs as well.
Great share Brandyn - the Richard Williams stuff is always good to hearken back to.
Your breakdowns need some work on overshoot and recover to break up those abrupt stops that rob the character of it's sense of mass. The visemes are timed well, but there are a few shapes missing which makes the mouth animation feel a bit loose ('allow me to retort' missing AH-oh-oo and r on retort.) Eye animation needs more definition - too mechanical and drifty right now. (look at eyeline during 'please, continue..)

overall is good piece. I think the lipsing part still need more work. it can be more vivid.

Biggest thing to me is Successive breaking of joints. There's a couple of good images on this blog that explains it pretty good.

-Staging wise I think I would lose the couch, it kind of looks like he's sitting down sliding around on it.
