You have good keyposes to start with and in my opinion, the poses go well with your narrative. I noticed that there are a couple of stretching in the torso which makes Tom looks like he has a very elastic body. I would probably tone that down to avoid making Tom looks like he is constantly bouncing.
Would add some offsets between the body and the characters arms moving the Torso first and having the arms follow. Would help make his movements look more natural.
I like the overall posing. I think more inbetweens are needed to make it look smoother. Right now it looks a little stiff. The spine of the character looks stiff. The movement of the lips looks a bit off at times as well. Maybe a bit too extreme.
It looks as though you're operating on a limited subset of controls and channels here. - makes the character feel robotic and stiff. Visemes are timed accurately, but limited shapes make the lip sync feel loose. For example; 'Die' looks like 'Dahhhh'

A little slow and stiff movement wise. I would've liked to see the character being a bit more sinister and scary with what he's saying.
