Brake down the arm work a little.
and make camera movement smooth can be really helpful

It's a really good improvement from before. At 0:03 I would cut the camera to the front view and fix the jerky part because it's a little distracting

The camera movement and your staging is good. I think you need more offsets for Will because right now, his body moves as one unit and it makes the movements look stiff.

I really love the head movements on the first few jumps it really looks like he is exerting energy makes him feel alive. The camera move on the turn is a little abrupt. It would also be really nice to see him settle more at the very end he seems to stop abruptly. Really nice job!

Agreed that the overall movement of the mass is still a bit too jittery and uneven. Bring this animation to the workshop or the ARC labs for additional guidance.

I think the overall animation is less smooth. It seems like a jump cut in your animation.
