I like this animation, very well done. I just noticed maybe you don't need to animate every single word. I mean lip-sync animation. It looks kinda unnatural. here is very useful video. http://vimeo.com/3331884
First thing I notice about the 2nd guy is he isn't moving his body below the arms at all(outside of one key) nor any muscles on his face outside of the eyeballs and mouth. I would look at adding keys for the brows so he can express more of his attitude as well as making at least some subtle movements in the torso to make him appear more natural. You can also animate the clavicles to break up the silhouette more.
I'd like to add though the body language/responses on the first guy go really well with the way the character sounds.
