Gesturing forward and up with the diploma on "...graduated." might help clarify what the prop is. I'd definitely like to see a bit of movement into the room on the part of the graduate character in the third cut, maybe just a small step forward on "Y'know..."

Great improvement, much clearer on the acting choices - well done! Timing on the Farley gesture for "graduated" feels 4-6 frames too late, and it seems less like a "tah dah" sort of gesture and more like a brush off or "whatever". Watch for awkward wrist angles (Farley left hand before "graduated" and left hand on hip). Spade brows look angrier at end than the vocal delivery suggests, look for something more sarcastic. Phonemes need some clarification, but the really broad expressions in the mouth are great.
