Great start. Eye lines on both characters need some tightening and sharper movements. Pose holding the pad could be altered to mask some of the pen challenge and awkwardness.The second take reaction needs to be crisper and quicker. The nodding on "oh yes" could be a bit sharper and quicker. Punch up the phonemes on both characters, especially the SS shapes. Timing for the lip sync looks good.
