So far this animation looking great but for some parts still need to working on with timing because everything still looks very even (move at the same time).
She should close her eyes when she says "roooom" instead of after she says it. A smile at the end (light around me ) would make it a lot more appealing, as if she was talking to the guy behind the camera.
Those two changes would make her seem more drunk, if that's your goal. Her leg also raises very slowly and evenly, and her body is not reacting enough to the change in balance.
Nice interacting with the chair, especially the detail that her fingers sliding through the top of the chair. At around frame 140 the body turn, her arms following the body are a little robotic. Just offset a few frames then it'll be fine.

I like the timing of her sitting down and her poses are nice. But be careful of the twinning with the arms. Maybe do a gesture with one arm instead.
